How to reach us
- Email hello@strandhair.app from the address on your account when you can, so we can find it.
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Feedback (opens a short form).
We are a small team. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, usually within a few business days.
Common requests
- Password reset: use Reset on the sign-in screen. Open the email on this device.
- Download your data: Profile → Settings → Download my data.
- Delete your account: Profile → Settings → Delete account, or email us from your account address.
